The Event

The three grand prize winners will travel to Rio De Janeiro to accept their award at Rio + 20 , The United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development. Rio + 20 is a 20-year follow-up to the historic 1992 United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) that was held in the same city, and a fitting occasion for the celebration of innovative social enterprise. The conference is organized by the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs. It will be held June 13-22.
